A record-breaking season closes in Riva del Garda with over 390 teams on the scoreboard
Riva del Garda (Italy), October 29th, 2025 — The 2025 29er EuroCup circuit came to a spectacular close on Lake Garda, where nearly 400 teams from 26 nations completed one of the most competitive seasons in recent years.
The EuroCup ranking — based on 11 events held across Europe, with 6 discards and 5 events to count — rewards consistency and performance throughout the season.
After several regattas across Europe, the overall title goes to Szymon Kolka and Bartosz Zmudzinski (POL), who capped off an impressive year with consistent podium finishes and a great performance in the Grand Final in Italy. The Polish duo finished with 18 net points, securing their place at the top of the European rankings.
Just two points behind, Niklas Holt and Philip Forslund (NOR) — the reigning World Champions — delivered a strong season, proving once again their reliability in all conditions. Completing the podium are the French pair Nolann Huet Des Aunay and Titouan Gresset, whose remarkable speed and tactical precision kept them among the frontrunners all year.

Category Standouts
In the Mixed category, the Czech duo Karolína Lojková and Petr Pelnár impressed with their steady progression through the season, finishing 7th overall and taking the division title.
The Women’s division saw a new generation of talent emerging, led by Marie and Antonia Schwarz (GER), who not only won the Women’s ranking but also topped the U17 category with an outstanding 9th place overall — a testament to the depth of the youth fleet in the 29er class.
