Ovington 29er EUROCUP 2024 SLOVENIA
Day 1 - FIRST DAY OF REGATTA 29er EUROCUP
The 29er EuroCup 2024 regatta officially started in Koper. The start was scheduled at 11 am. The weather conditions kept the 140 sailors of the 70 crew ashore and the day passed without sailing. We waited for suitable conditions until 3 p.m.
Day 2 - SECOND DAY OF THE REGATTA 29er EUROCUP 2024 SLOVENIA
The second day of the 29er EuroCup 2024 regatta was successfully held in the Bay of Koper. Despite forecasts of strong winds from the south, a light northerly wind of 6 to 10 knots prevailed. Due to the shifting wind, the competitors faced difficult conditions, but they performed well on the regatta field. The regatta committee managed to conduct 4 races for the red and green groups. The overall lead of the regatta was taken by the crew CZE 3099 Y. Levandovska / V. Cibulka, 2nd place by HUN 3302 L. Peter / L. Richard, and 3rd place was shared by HUN 2765 M. Csekovszky / M. Zarandy (M), ITA 3166 G. Bartolozzi / P. Rizzi (Mixed), and HUN 3227 B. Fehér / S. Fehér (Female).
