29er High Performance Camp - Montreal

The camp is scheduled May 7-10, 2009.

Cost is $400 per athlete

Location is Montreal, Canada.

Camp runs Thursday thru Sunday

Camp includes Daily Breakfast and 2 Dinners

There will be 2 Guest Speakers on Thursday and Friday Night.

The camp splits each day into 2 separate training session with video and debrief at the conclusion of each session.

This years Camp will focus on preparing for a trials situation.

We have historically brought in speakers with specific backgrounds such as Nutritionist, Sport psychologist and Fitness.

Other Speakers have been professional athletes that have persevered through difficulties to achieve a very high level in their chosen sport.
