The latest EuroCup rankings are updated in the Results section after EuroCup #6.

OJERBORN/JOUR WIN SWE EUROCUP

Small but quality event held for the 6th EuroCup event in Marstrand, Sweden. The weather was tough with wind between 10-12 meters/second but the skill of the sailors was fantastic! 10 races were completed with only 1 general recall. All competitors had a great event and are ready to return to Marstrand for future events! See full results on the Events page.

SKIFF FESTIVAL 2008

We are pleased to invite all of crews and the owners of all kinds of extreme boats (old and new boats, even those with hydrofolers) at the second edition of the International Skiffestival which will take place in Dongo, on the Como Lake (Italy) on the 20-21th September during the European 18ft Grand-Prix. We would like this event to become a reference model event on the European scene for the years to come. We therefore hope that you will be happy to spread the news to your Class Members, supporting and promoting our initiative.The “Centro Formazione Velica Skiffsailing”, which will host the European Skiffestival, is the only sailing club in Italy entirely specialized on skiff dinghies. Currently we are expecting boats from all over Europe: German, Swiss and UK crews have already sent us confirmation emails. The Skiffestival will be a 2-day event with long-distance regattas, party and a live music concert on Saturday night. The Skiffestival this year is planned during the 18ft European Grand-Prix, a 3 days regatta where more than 20 18ft race together in up&down and long distance course.
